In our modern day society we have moved away from walking anywhere and think nothing of jumping into the car for a quick trip to the corner shop. We live life at such a fast pace that we feel we dont have time to walk anywhere and as a result we are probably the most unfit that we have ever been.
Things are beginning to change as we slowly realise that our own health is in our hands and many people are turning to Sport to help them enjoy becoming healthier.
Sport is a diverse area, which continues to grow. Many countries around the world embrace and claim a Sport as their own, calling it a national Sport. It has become a World Wide industry in which countries compete and stake claims on titles and trophies. There seems to be a Sport that suits everyone and of every age.
There are various types of sport that range from professional to amateur. There are Olympic Standard Sports and sports that are just for fun. There are lone sports such as hurdles, javelin throwing and pool. There are team sports such as basketball, hockey and rugby. There are also sports that can be both, such as tennis, running and swimming.
Sports can be played on many different levels, such as locally, nationally and internationally. Sports can be relaxing, or stressful, depending upon which sport you choose to pursue.

Virginia Estates: Hounds, Horses, Farmettes and Luxury
Southeastern Virginia, and specifically the Williamsburg area, is steeped in the history of some of the great land barons of the colonial, revolutionary, and civil war eras. Though the great men and women who once lived in these historic properties are now departed, their estates remain as a legacy to the early American traditions once practiced there. A recent article by VirginiaBusiness.com, revealed a new trend in estate purchasing. Many estate purchasers are relocating from California and the Northeast to Virginia estates so they may live on larger parcels of land with more privacy.
The National Register of Historic Places lists 2,000 state properties in Virginia. Some of these estate properties are in a state of disrepair. A revival in the purchase of Virginia estates may mean that many will be purchased and renovated. Historic Virginia estates and country estates will likely continue to increase in value because of their uniqueness and connection to American history.

Farms and estates are plentiful in various places in southeastern and central Virginia including counties that border waterways or are early American landmarks such as: New Kent, Northumberland, Gloucester, Surrey, Isle of Wight, Dinwittie, Sussex, Essex, Richmond, Westmoreland, Caroline, Hanover, Middlesex, Matthews, Orange, King and Queen, and King William. These counties are mostly rural, and remain steeped in old southern lifestyles.

I am a RE/Max Realtor in Williamsburg, Virginia and I am a buyers agent for estate purchasers. Im in the perfect location to provide this service because, during colonial times, Williamsburg was the capital of Virginia. Many estates were built within a days horse ride of Williamsburg for proximity to the capital. Many traditional Virginia estates are built on the waterfront, because the James, York, Potomac Rivers and their tributaries and Mobjak Bay feed into the Chesapeake Bay with ocean access. Travel and trade in colonial times was mainly by boat and waterways.

Some estate properties have fallen into disrepair, and need to be updated and renovated. Here there is ample availability of large parcels of land less than an hours drive to Richmond or Williamsburg. Areas outside of Williamsburg are just beginning to develop, and land parcels will not remain plentiful for too long.

Childrens Playtime Party Fun
Children love to have parties. Dont make them wait for a birthday to have a gathering of their friends, create an occasion. Set up a play date and make it a theme so they have lots of fun.
A party supply store will have every character imaginable to choose from when deciding upon a theme. The paper products, decorations and favors can all coordinate under a character, color or idea. A party planner will help you with any questions you may have with your needs.
Send out invitations to your guests. Make them addressed to the child itself so they get to open mail. Sometimes that is their favorite part of the whole deal! Include a picture of your child so that if they cant read, they will immediately know who its from anyway. The picture and an invitation usually mean a party in a childs mind!
A childrens party will need decorations. Lots of colorful balloons and streamers to match your theme can be purchased from the party supply store. They will also have balloon weights, favor bags and trinkets to give away as prizes.
If your childrens party involves lunch, make it simple. Most likely the kids will be too excited to eat anyway, so their favorites might entice them more. Chicken nuggets, fish sticks or regular old peanut butter and jelly make them run for the table the most. Add a handful of grapes or apple slices, and they are happy clans.
Plan a couple of new games to try out. Use board games, hide and seek or puzzles. If they are playing well on their own with toys, you might just want to leave them alone and enjoy the break. If the other moms stick around, use the time to catch up on visiting.

Soccer Team Positions and Strategies With 3-5-2 Set Up

3, defenders,
These three are very confident that they can handle a lone striker or two forwards. They are also reliant on a good defensive midfield.
On the attack these players will play wide positions. On the defense these players will be more compact and allow the outside midfields to aid in the wider positions.
At times the inside mid-fielders will "show" for the ball. This creates an additional attack from the centre of the pitch as the mid-fielders become out let players. They are trying to convert the play by maintaining possession.
5, midfielders,
Two outside/wing players who dominate the sides of the field. They also act as attackers creating many scoring opportunities for their teams.
These are hard working players and a usually super-fit. However sometimes after a few runs on the side these can switch with inside players for a rest.
If this is possible, the team can keep their opponents confused and always looking for changing plays and positions.
This type of positonal play can not be defended by a man on man team defense. This requires a good zone defense and a constantly communicative team.
The 2 inside players are usually defensive in their roles but will become part of the attack when their team has possession. They will generally use the central midfielder to create plays and control the tempo of the game.
The single central midfielder is usually the one who makes the play and communicartes to the team the attacking possibilities.
This individual can also be considered the captal of the team.
Forwards;
These are the main ggoooooooooooalll scoring machines. The ones who react to the ball quickly and are able to shoot from any place on the field. These individuals are also trying to create space for each other and many more scoring opportunities.
To be effective they should work closely together as a team and pair. To this extent they are sometimes called "twin strikers".
They are also responsible for creating space by making the defenders mark them.
They make the defense leave their zonal resposibilities whereby taking them "out of the game".
The strikers also make the defenders tired because of the level of concentration that the defenders have to deal with.
